The 24th Annual Patriot Festival will be hosted at Pigeon Forge’s Patriot Park, located behind The Old Mill Square alongside Little Pigeon River. The celebration will kick off at noon, with fireworks beginning around 9:45 p.m. Hosted by the City of Pigeon Forge, you can expect to have a great, family-friendly time at this festival!
Pigeon Forge, Tennessee, is the ultimate family-friendly destination, so of course, there will be something for the little ones at this event. The Patriot Festival will host a free Kid’s Karnival, complete with games and prizes for children of all ages. The Karnival opens at noon, with food vendors also firing up their grills and fryers for the festivities.
The free entertainment begins at 1:30 p.m. and will continue well into the evening. Here you can catch some of your favorite Pigeon Forge shows and names such as the Biblical Times Theater, the Pigeon Forge Community Chorus, the Tim Kellar Band, and more. The evening’s headlining event will be one of the biggest names in country music – Lonestar! Known for their hits “Amazed,” “I’m Already There,” “Mr. Mom,” and “What About Now,” you and your family can dance, sing along, and tap your toes to some great country tunes as darkness falls. Lonestar will begin their performance at 8:30 p.m., so come early to settle down and get a good seat.
The Patriot Festival welcomes you to bring your own blankets and chairs but does ask that you leave umbrellas at home. Thousands will gather for this event, so parking is available at Teaster Lane Municipal Lot – a FREE Pigeon Forge trolley shuttle will be available to take you, your family, you’re your belongings to and from the event.
One thing is for sure, once darkness falls, everyone will be eagerly awaiting the fantastic fireworks display. A portion of all food proceeds will go to benefit local charities.
