Mine for gems – The Pigeon Forge Gem Mine is the perfect hands-on activity for the kids who want to do everything for themselves! Not only can they mine their own gems, but they can also have them polished and set into their very own jewelry. There is a free rock and fossil museum, or you can head next door to feed live bears at the Three Bears General Store.
Dollywood – You will need an entire day to soak up everything this Pigeon Forge favorite has to offer. There are movies, roller coasters, shows, exhibits, and much more entertainment. Dollywood offers something for everyone, so you definitely won’t run out of things to do here. This is an absolute must while you’re in Pigeon Forge!
Titanic Museum Attraction –This is the world’s largest Titanic museum attraction, and one of the most unique places in Pigeon Forge. With crew members, First Class maids, and Officers, you will be transported back to 1912, where you will learn the stories of those who were a part of the tragic events that occurred on that ship. There is even a museum with actual artifacts from the Titanic’s maiden voyage.
Wonderworks – If you have ever been to Pigeon Forge, whether stopping in or just driving by, you have certainly seen this attraction. Wonderworks is the 82 foot tall “upside down” building in the middle of this bustling town. With more than 150 interactive exhibits, including an anti-gravity chamber, an inversion tunnel and a re-creation of an earthquake, this is the spot for people of every age to stretch and test their brain. If you need a break from all the mind-bending challenges inside, there is also laser tag, an arcade, and a magic show.
